Options to customize for the web widget

Two improvements to the web widget - darkMode: true/false (light or dark theme) - open/close button style icons: custom text/emoji support (or just a text and a large set of possible icon options listed in your docs site), an option to define the color of the button could also make sense, (imagine if someone have a blue-ish background/footer)

Ability to filter items you have requested

It would be really helpful to be able to filter by the items that you have logged so you can see whether people are supporting them and what the status is.

Improve login experience for admin

Creating an account and adding other admins was not intuitive. Possibly, using a larger form to create the company and inviting other admins would make the process better. We ended up creating 3 different companies because of this issue

Allows admins to be able to see email of users

We should enable company admins and editors to be able to see the email of users so they can reach out privately to them if they want.

Set Default status and sort views

We'd like to be able to set the default status and sort views when the page loads for customers to see "what's most popular", and only what is open / planned / in-progress.

Option to customize the submission form

Ability to change "Let us know how we can do a better job for you".

Also, can people add a tag on their own to set a category for the request

Translate Convas

As a Dutch operating company I would like to be able to have that platform in my native language. Preferrably that I could use my own texts. The text "Let us know how we can do a better job for you." isn't 100% suitable for us, because we use Convas as an ideation platform, not for gathering feedback primarily

Ability to see email address in the list of users

On the Users screen (in admin view) it would be really helpful to see email address as a column in the table. I can click on a user and see their email address but it would be great to just see the data in the table without clicking. Thanks.

Rejection reason

When reviewing new items could we have an option to enter a rejection reason/comment when we click the reject button? At the moment I am having to view the item, add a comment for the person that raised it so they know why it's rejected then come back to the in review page, find the request and click the reject button. Thanks.

Integration with GitHub

It would be great to be able to update status and details of our Convas posts directly from GitHub.

Ability to merge feedback

Admins should have the option to merge feedback that is about the same topic/function into a single feedback post.

Ability to approve or reject items from the request detail page

Currently you only see the approve/reject buttons in the 'In Review' summary page. When you click on the request to see more information, add a comment or tags etc, you don't have the ability to approve or reject so you have to then go back and find it in the 'in review' section. Could these buttons be added to the detail page if the request has not yet been approved or rejected?

Drag & drop in roadmap view

As a company user, I want to be able to drag & drop in the roadmap view so that I can change the order and status of posts.

Hi team I keep getting these weird duplicates. Appears to be a front-end bug. They go away after refreshing.
