Great suggestion, we will soon start working on this.
Regarding the tags - it's not something we have planned as the tags are only for admins at the moment and we want to keep it as simple as possible for users to leave feedback.

Hi Emil, any update on this? We will need something like Vietnamese language in our submission form and text.

This is now possible. Beyond changing the base language, Convas allows you to edit any text string to match your brand voice, terminology, or specific requirements. Read more at https://convas.io/docs/language-settings

Also, can people add a tag on their own to set a category for the request
