Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the late reply.
Do you want to disable all email notifications for you customers or change the default email notifications settings for your customers?
On status change you get a dialog asking if you want to send a notification email for the change.

We want to be able to disable email notifications that are being sent to the submitter of the feedback.
