If I understand you correctly, do you wish to be able to add/remove custom form fields to the posting form? Would adding full rich text (heading, list, bold, etc) to the current text field help your use case, or do you need predefined fields?

My use case is: we need to be able to set a form with predefined fields so we capture all the needed information on the requested feature

To make the idea/feature submission valuable and understandable, my team and I use a set of attributes to describe the idea/feature. We currently use the ideas portal on Aha! but we decided to switch to another solution. Having such feature will definitely help the user in writing all the details needed to explain the need.
